Creamy Lemon and Microgreen Pasta



  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine with garlic. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

  4. Stir in lemon juice and zest, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the creamy sauce until well coated.

  6. Add microgreens to the skillet and toss again to evenly distribute.

  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan cheese and microgreens, if desired.
