1 cup broccoli microgreens
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup cooked black beans, mashed
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup grated carrots

2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
