Sunflower Microgreen Smoothie

Looking for a healthy and refreshing way to start your day? Try our delicious sunflower microgreen smoothie recipe! Packed with vitamins and nutrients, this smoothie is a great way to fuel your body and energize your morning routine.


To make this smoothie, you will need:

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup of sunflower microgreens

  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries (we recommend blueberries or strawberries)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
